To Brighter Days Ahead...

I was supposed to post Day 4's watercolor painting last Sunday. Due to last weekend's typhoon, paintings for Days 5-6 (including today) will be posted on the succeeding days.

For this day, I will allot this blog's entry to what happened last weekend. The storm has passed. I fervently hope that the lessons learned in this situation would lead to a better Philippines. I am always hoping and praying for the coming better days...

1) I am thankful to God for keeping my family and people I know safe. I pray that those stranded on the top of their house roof be rescued. I pray that evacuees receive the relief goods immediately. I pray that they resume their normal lives. I pray the fortunate share their blessings. I pray that public officials to really serve their constituents.
2) I am praying that the weather situation will improve. I am hoping for sunny days ahead. I really believe in the power of prayer.
3) I am hoping that Filipinos will learn to be more vigilant and be more proactive than reactive.
4) I am promising to do my share in helping the typhoon victims.
5) I am pledging to do my active part in saving the environment.

I am praying that everything will be back to normal and be all right.
